Ability to add a folder of documents from the File Manager. Usecase for us is displaying historical interest rate files.

Two of the Files Manager columns (Last Modifier and the ... button) are hidden unless we scroll horizontally or zoom out of the page. This affects users with small screens.

I cannot replace images in the file manager unless the image I upload to replace the current image has a different name. In addition, when I replace an image it does NOT automatically update/replace the image in any articles the image appears in. I must delete the image, then add it back to the article to see the updated image. This is a big deal when a UI update occurs and we need to update/replace an image that appears in many help articles. Thanks

Create a way to copy folder structure from English (or any primary language) to other languages so you don't have to go in and manually update the folders in each language. Currently our site would like to support 20 languages but we can't because of the amount of overhead the folder structure creates in the process.

We'd like to remove all unused images in bulk. Right now you have to individually open them up and select the "appearances" tab to see if they are being used. It would be great to filter to see which ones are not being used so that we can clean the file manager page up and only view the images being used.

Hello Helpjuice Support Team, is it possible to save uploaded files in articles automatically in the same structure provided by the categories and articles? -> This would help us maintain a cleaned-up file manager. We have some supplemental and accompanying files uploaded that we link to directly from articles and/or from our internal Confluence. When replacing a file in Helpjuice, the URL changes. Helpjuice support confirmed that the previous version URL is still available for a year, but that's not useful since the old version might have outdated information that should no longer be viewed. We'd much prefer it if the URL remained the same (or if the old URL redirected to the newest version). It's a pain to track down all the links to the file and update them, so we tend to create articles whose sole purpose is to have a link or button to download the file. We would rather not have do this as it clutters up our dashboard. Please make it so file URLs remain the same for new versions.

(1) It is not possible to find an specific image from the list in the "Image" directory as the list is too long. And the "Date Modified" column is sorted in descending order. (2) With a large number of images, some of which were uploaded months / years ago, users are dependent on the search results list, as it is not possible to find the image by scrolling and searching the page. (3) Only the details of the image can be opened from the results list. (4) It is only possible to copy the URL in the details if the name is not too long. However, the image name is often too long. (5) If the user now wants to re-link the image in an article, he must upload it again using "Replace". This is the only way to display the image in the list of "Recent Files" at the top and then he can copy the URL. (6) Please also enable the "Copy URL" file action in the details.
