It would be nice to add filtering by Removed to quickly find the deleted article and restore it.

There's no easy way to check if an article has been inserted anywhere, we have the URL checker, to see if an article has been linked via URL, but no way of checking inserts.

Current, glossary goes across all languages, which makes it not useful if you have multiple languages for your KB. e.g. Our Japanese audience cannot use an English definition (and we have quite some terms that are not translated in all languages). Making the glossary, or specific terms linked to a language would make this useful for us.

I really like the article expiration feature, including the reminder emails. But I just had a few articles slip by that date and now I'm having a really hard time figuring out where they are. I really wish there was an Expired Articles view in the Admin panel up where you go to review Published and Draft articles.

To improve the broken links checker, it should: Indicate if the article with the broken link is Archived. Provide a filter option to exclude Archived articles. Currently, the broken links checker may generate a lengthy list of articles, making it difficult to identify if an article is Active (requires attention) or Archived (doesn't require attention).

Once an article is submitted for review I would like to be able to assign an additional article to reviewer or be able to reassign if the correct reviewer was not selected.

This feature request proposes the addition of an icon option for articles, similar to the existing functionality for categories. Currently, users can assign unique icons to categories from the dashboard and it can be display using the liquid tag {{ category.category_icon_or_image }} in the code . It would be great implementing a comparable feature for articles, allowing users to assign icons and display them using a new liquid tag, such as {{ article.article_icon_or_image }}. This would enable seamless icon management directly from the dashboard, providing a consistent and visually appealing way to represent articles alongside their titles. Incorporating icons for articles would significantly enhance the user experience on home, category, and article pages. By allowing the display of article icons instead of just names, we can create a more engaging and visually coherent interface, similar to how category icons are presented. This feature would not only improve aesthetics but also facilitate quicker recognition of articles, ultimately leading to a more streamlined navigation experience for users.

I would love to see a feature where as Administrator we could manage the keywords/tags. Create a list of the tags which can be used by writers Delete some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used) Merge some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used) See a list of article where specific tag is used

When viewing the To Review section, it would be great to add a filter to show only those articles that were sent for review to you. ( If I am a reviewer, I want to see only articles sent to me, not all articles of the knowledge base that are under review now).

It would be great if all the articles created by certain template or if contain certain phrase in the name, could be put automatically in some folder. eg. meeting minutes folder for all meeting minutes created
