Feature Requests

Currently, when an article contains a broken link and a user clicks the article from the “Article Links” section, it simply opens the article without showing which specific link is broken. Suggested Improvement: When an article with a broken link is clicked, the system should automatically: Highlight or scroll directly to the broken link within the article editor, or display a clear indication of which link(s) are broken and where they are located in the article. Why this matters: This enhancement would save time for users managing large knowledge bases by making it much easier to locate and fix broken links without manually scanning through entire articles.

Once again, a workflow within the article feedback section would be extremely helpful. In this case, when I am reviewing feedback, I click on the article and then the specific feedback that someone is giving on that article doesn't follow to my new location. I have to go back and forth to read the article and then read the feedback multiple times to make sure I am understanding it. I would prefer if I click on the feedback that it takes me to the article and then has the particular feedback on the side of the article somewhere or as a pop up so I can continue review without having to click back and forth between the article and the article feedback section.

We plan to use many templates in our article creation, and want to be able to organize our list of templates alphabetically, by most frequently used, or by a custom order (position) like we can do with articles in their categories.

Current, glossary goes across all languages, which makes it not useful if you have multiple languages for your KB. e.g. Our Japanese audience cannot use an English definition (and we have quite some terms that are not translated in all languages). Making the glossary, or specific terms linked to a language would make this useful for us.

A workflow on the article feedback section would be extremely helpful. I would prefer some kind of a board that allows you to sort feedback by product, or who it belongs to, or very basically: To Do, Done, In Progress.

There's no easy way to check if an article has been inserted anywhere, we have the URL checker, to see if an article has been linked via URL, but no way of checking inserts.

We find some of the Swifty AI suggestions for articles useful, but we also find some of them redundant or unnecessary. We would love to be able to separate AI Requests for Articles and User Requests so that our user requests don't get clouded with mostly unhelpful AI requests. I recognize that we could turn of AI suggestions, but every once and a while there is a noteworthy AI suggestion, frequent enough that we do not want to completely turn the feature off.

When a Published article has a Draft revision it is not sorted under Draft & Unpublished section. Customer stated that this makes it hard for their team to review it.

I really like the article expiration feature, including the reminder emails. But I just had a few articles slip by that date and now I'm having a really hard time figuring out where they are. I really wish there was an Expired Articles view in the Admin panel up where you go to review Published and Draft articles.

I would love to see a feature where as Administrator we could manage the keywords/tags. Create a list of the tags which can be used by writers Delete some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used) Merge some tags (and reflected on article where the tags are used) See a list of article where specific tag is used
