When editing articles, words that match glossary terms are being incorrectly flagged with a blue dotted underline and automatically deleted when saving. Steps to Reproduce: Add a glossary term In the article editor, type a word that contains the glossary term. Save the article Sometimes, the partial match gets deleted, leaving only the remaining letters

When we open it, it just says "select icon" but there are no icons displayed

Whenever we work on existing articles and switch between tabs, Helpjuice automatically creates a new version of the article each time we return to the original screen.

The dashboard results vary significantly depending on the search query, even when all queries match the same article. It seems that the search doesn't consistently retrieve all relevant content and adjusts the results—adding or removing articles—based on minor changes like extra spaces in the search string.

The Overview and Searches tab show different data for the same timeframe.

The inserted article title is currently wrapped in an <h2> element inside .helpjuice-inserted-article-body, causing conflicts with heading IDs and breaking the table of contents. The TOC generation depends on unique heading levels (<h2>, <h3>, etc.) to build internal links. Adding the title as another <h2> introduces duplicate IDs and incorrect hierarchy, leading to broken anchors and inconsistent TOC structure. Expected behavior: The inserted content should not include the article title or any extra heading elements inside .helpjuice-inserted-article-body.

When we replace a file with a new one with a different name, the behavior is not consistent: Sometimes the file updates as expected right away Other times, we have to replace it twice for it to update Other times, it updates after refreshing the pages multiple times

The chatbot provided a great answer, but the help article URL included in the response itself (not in the sources section), redirects to a different article and not the one it mentions. Sometimes it also links to articles that don't even exist.
