When you hover over an accordion and click on the information icon, the link tries to go to https://help.helpjuice.com/how-to-insert-accordions ; however, this article is missing and you get a blue 404 screen.

I have lost hours of work due to this bug. Set up a bulleted or numbered list and place a helpjuice callout nested within it. Then, within the helpjuice callout, create a list. The editor will look something like this: For Example: 1) Item one 2) Item two Helpjuice callout attached to item two - bullet 1 within the helpjuice callout - bullet 2 within the helpjuice callout 3) Item three Now this configuration looks fine within the new editor. What happens as you continue to work on the article is that the auto save will hang, and manual save or publish attempts will fail with the unsaved changes pop-up displaying in the browser. Eventually, if you tell your browser to "prevent additional dialog boxes" from helpjuice and click publish. All work prior to adding the nested helpjuice callout will be saved. Everything after it will be lost, and the helpjuice callout you added will be blank. To me, this isn't a unique use case either. We have an orderlist of steps to complete a process and use the helpjuice callouts as note callouts during these steps. occasionally its a multi-part note or two unrelated things to be aware of at that point in the steps.

When we replace a file using the "Replace" feature in the Files Manager, the Articles don't update the file URL; they show the content from the Old URL.

Although all videos were deleted from the Files Manager, the sidebar says there are still 20. Also, the KB has no storage and this is likely happening due to those videos that weren't correctly deleted.

Adding a comment in the Article editor will prompt an autosave and remove the highlight

When I'm editing articles, I get the loading symbol in the top right saying that it's saving the draft from the auto-save function. But the saved timestamp doesn't update until I manually save the draft with the options in the top right. So either the auto save is working fine and not updating the timestamp or the auto save isn't actually doing anything.

To Reproduce the Issue: Navigate to any Knowledge Base and open the Chatbot Settings. Change the theme color to #FFFFFF. Send a test message in the right chatbot preview and inspect the message. You will notice that the message becomes invisible. Now, change the theme color to something bolder (darker color) and repeat the process. You will be able to see your messages without any issues.

When we duplicate an article, only the content should be copied over. The analytics data should be clean.
