If we search in the English KB using a different language (e.g., Spanish), the results are inconsistent. Sometimes, it correctly finds the relevant articles and provides an AI-translated response. Other times, it fails to locate the right content and instead displays the "Contact Us" form. And other times, it will provide the correct AI answer with a link to the right article, but that article won't be listed in the search results. In this example, I searched for the exact translation to "how to add users" in Spanish, but it couldn't find the information.
