Images are broken in articles.
We are seeing an increasing amount of broken images in articles, weeks after publication. These are new images and are not linked to any other area of the Knowledge Base.

The Swfity AI Chatbot responses contain a link at the end that redirects to the Homepage. Instead of linking to an article or to a category, it links to the Homepage of the KB.

[Swifty AI Chatbot] Provides incorrect article link in the response
The chatbot provided a great answer, but the help article URL included in the response itself (not in the sources section), redirects to a different article and not the one it mentions. Sometimes it also links to articles that don't even exist.

Ordered list breaks when adding Block Elements to it
Ordered lists can break if we add Block Elements to it. Block elements refer to Callout boxes, Code blocks etc...

[Chrome Extension] Inserted Article Not Displaying
When using the Chrome Extension, the inserted articles do not show up while reading an article. Steps to reproduce: Insert an article inside another article. Open the parent article via the Chrome Extension. It will be displayed as shown in the screenshot attached.

Swifty requests the same article at least once a week, even though there's already an article that covers that exact topic.

AI Helpbar new function
Could you please consider adding excerpts from articles to the AI Helpbar? It would be very helpful if the results not only showed which articles are relevant but also highlighted the specific section of the article that is most applicable. Additionally, it would be great if users could be directed straight to that relevant part of the article when clicking on the headline.

"Replace" feature in the Files Manager doesn't update the Articles with new URL.
When we replace a file using the "Replace" feature in the Files Manager, the Articles don't update the file URL; they show the content from the Old URL.

Article Preview text displays incorrectly when article only contains inserts
Article preview text looks strange when the article body has no direct text and is made up entirely of article inserts. In these cases, the preview either appears broken or pulls in empty/strange formatting.
