For instance, if an image is in a CRM like HubSpot, doing a simple copy to obtain the image and paste it into an article will prevent the image from being displayed when the article is publicly published in an incognito tab. The image would only be displayed in the public article if the author manually takes a screenshot from HubSpot and pastes it into an article. The reason is that upon inspection, the copy-and-paste code references the HubSpot storage location, so only users with access to that HubSpot location see the image in the public article. In contrast, images copied from an individual email inbox like Outlook would be visible in the public article despite the fact that readers do not have access to that Outlook inbox.

If we search in the English KB using a different language (e.g., Spanish), the results are inconsistent. Sometimes, it correctly finds the relevant articles and provides an AI-translated response.
