It would be very helpful to have the User/IP column also for the articles/categories analytics, so we can better track users usage of the knowledge base. Also, having an overview of the origin of the visit/view would provide more powerful insights.

Currently, users can filter Insights, but there is no way to completely remove or archive items that are junk, spam, or already addressed. Users would like the ability to: Clear out spam/typo-heavy Unresolved items that don’t need action. Move addressed Unresolved items into another queue (e.g., “Archived” or “Completed”). Keep the main queue focused only on actionable items. This would help users keep Insights more organized and avoid clutter from items that don’t require further attention.

The ability to extract feedback data submitted by end users via the analytics dashboard. This would help us identify commonly selected categories and use these insights to inform and improve our content creation strategies.

In principle, we should be able to see who has read or who has not read an article, so that we can take action. Those who have not read may lose important information and we have no control over this right now, except at the level of numbers (how many, not who).

Good day all. Would it be possible to customize reports in Analytics, or at least get list of articles published by group, by category, by user and also with total views, reads or searches? It would be very helpful. Thank you!

We need to be able to see what topics and questions are being asked to the Swiftly search bar and also a transcript of the AI conversation with the chat bot. This is incredibly important as we then have a log of the information a user has been given. If you knowledge base contains content that could impact that safety of the individuals you are supporting then you need a log of that conversation. It also works the reverse. If a user says 'It told me this' but in reality it didn't then it is good to be able to reference the actual results given.

Option to export data from Swifty AI Analytics

Three powerful updates to Analytics: Analytics agent that helps you breakdown the bounced and failed searches topics so that you can remove knowledge gaps. Tracking article request details would be beneficial, as when I clear out the requests after adding new or updating existing articles, there is no way to track this in Helpjuice. Update to the date range filter. When I apply the date range filter for certain analytics (such as User Groups), it doesn't filter the page for the users that were added during that time. I'd like to be able to run a report monthly that shows all changes made within a specified timeframe so that I can send that out to the team each month to show updates to SOPs.

The analytics of all languages is mixed up in the same page and is hard to know how each language is performing without a lot of manual work. We should be able to filter the data by language.
