Improvements
  1. Faster Public Knowledge Base Worldwide:
Public knowledge base articles, category pages, and embedded help widgets are now cached at the network edge, so readers see faster load times around the world.
Improvements
  1. Less waiting between your readers and their answers:
Your readers spend less time watching pages load: knowledge base pages and theme scripts now arrive faster, so the answer is on screen sooner.
Bug Fixes
  1. File links now match your secure on-premises setup:
Running Helpjuice on-premises behind SSL? File and asset links now come out HTTPS like the rest of your installation — consistent, secure links everywhere.
Bug Fixes
  1. Batch publish now does what you meant: the newest version:
When you batch publish, it's the latest version of each article that goes live and becomes the default — no stale drafts slipping through. (Knowledge bases that manage default versions manually keep full control, as before.)
Improvements
  1. Search engines now see your best pages — not your clutter:
Smarter default crawler rules and indexing controls steer search engines toward your public articles and away from non-content pages, so what shows up in search results is the content you actually wrote for readers.
Improvements
  1. Send readers to the right sign-on, every time:
Running both SAML and JWT? You now decide which one readers land on by default, so most of your users hit the sign-on flow that's actually meant for them — no detours.
Bug Fixes
  1. Every sign-in option, on every on-premises login page:
On on-premises installations, a custom login page could hide some of your single sign-on options — that's fixed, so your users always see every way in.
New Features
  1. Your translations, your choice of provider:
No more guessing which engine is translating your articles — you now choose the provider yourself, and it's shown every time you add, edit, or sync a language. Pick yours in the Languages & Translations settings.
Improvements
  1. Sync only the translations you actually need:
Language sync no longer has to touch everything: a new option lets you skip re-syncing articles that are already translated, so a sync means exactly what you want it to mean. Look for it the next time you sync a language.
Bug Fixes
  1. Big attachments won't stall your editing anymore:
Articles carrying very large attachments could hit timeouts while you worked on them — that's fixed, so heavy articles behave like any other.
Improvements
  1. Your translated articles now stay current:
No more translations quietly falling behind their source articles: a language sync now brings existing translations up to date with the latest source content instead of skipping them, and you get a notification when the sync is done. Run a language sync to catch everything up.
Bug Fixes
  1. Press Enter to sign up — it just works now:
No more filling out the form, hitting Enter, and wondering why nothing happened — Enter now submits the signup form, same as clicking the button.
Improvements
  1. Log in once, keep working for weeks:
Fewer interruptions to stop and re-enter your password: you now stay signed in for up to 30 days.
Bug Fixes
  1. Preview any file, even from deleted articles:
Previewing a file that belonged to a since-deleted article used to throw an error in the Files Manager. Those previews now open normally, so older attachments are no longer off-limits.
  2. Sign in and land exactly where you were headed:
On knowledge bases with custom domains, signing in could drop you somewhere other than the page you wanted. Now it takes you straight back to the exact page you were trying to view — no re-navigating.
Bug Fixes
  1. Search labels you can trust again:
Very short searches were sometimes labeling articles with the wrong internal/public visibility, which made it hard to trust what you saw at a glance. That's fixed — the label now matches the article's actual visibility.
  2. No more dead first click on the AI Helpbar:
If a visitor triggered the embedded AI Helpbar the instant a page loaded, it could fail to open — a dead end for someone looking for help. That's fixed: it now opens even when triggered immediately after page load.
  3. Reordering stays put in your dashboard:
Checking the Drafts or Published filters used to make the dashboard's reorder option disappear. It now stays where it belongs, so you can rearrange things whenever you need to.
  4. See who wrote what at a glance again:
Some articles were showing up in the dashboard with no author icon, so you couldn't tell whose work they were at a glance. Author icons now appear as expected.
