I want to submit a feature request for expanded flexibility in customizing and sending Helpjuice system emails. Specifically, we would benefit from the ability to: Create and manage branded email templates (e.g., invitations, notifications, article updates) directly within Helpjuice. Send these emails from our company’s email domain (e.g., notifications@company.com ) rather than the default Helpjuice sender address. Use Case As we transition to a gated Knowledge Center that requires authenticated accounts, our customers, partners, and employees will receive an increasing number of Helpjuice-generated emails. Many of our enterprise customers enforce strict whitelisting and anti-phishing policies, quarantining or rejecting emails from unfamiliar or third-party domains. Because Helpjuice emails do not originate from our corporate domain, these notifications are at high risk of being blocked, preventing users from receiving account invitations, password resets, and article update alerts. Requested Functionality To ensure successful engagement, we are requesting: Reusable, customizable HTML email templates that reflect our corporate branding. Ability to specify a custom “From” address and domain, authenticated through DNS (SPF/DKIM). -Support for dynamic variables (e.g., {{user_name}}, {{article_title}}, {{org_name}}). -Admin-level controls to configure and manage templates for different types of system emails. Business Impact Implementing this capability will: Improve deliverability for customers with strict email filtering policies. Reduce onboarding friction caused by missing or quarantined system emails. Reinforce branding and user trust across all customer-facing communications. Ensure a consistent, professional experience across our Knowledge Center ecosystem.
