I can see that we do have favorites, but it cannot be saved under specific preferences folder

I hope you consider making more folder where we can save an article according to our preferences like KMS before. Like for example, if I wanted to save an important update for Savage, I could create a folder for SXF only and save that article on that folder. I hope we can have that. Thank you.

We had considered requesting something similar for our KB, but were curious if it would only categorize a favorited article by its "primary category," even though an article may also display in other categories. For us, the relevancy of the folder to categorize the article under may be different from user to user. Not sure if that would also impact your team or not.
