Customize reports in Analytics

Has there been any movement on this? Like many of the others here, our organization would greatly benefit from being able to report on how many articles an author creates. One thing I miss about Salesforce Knowledge was the ability to create reports and customized dashboards. I'm surprised this thread is 5 years old with and this function still isn't available.

Customized reports would be really great!
However, if that will take too long, it seems that at a minimum, simply adding a bunch of fields to the current report on Articles (and potentially others) that can be exported to a CSV, should be a trivial task and a huge improvement. The current report on articles (seen below) is anemic.
We want at least the following columns to display the article report:
- Date created, Date First Published, Updated Date, Article Name, Article URL, Author Name, Article View count, Like Count, Dislike Count, Avg Seconds.
Some of this information can be gathered if you download a backup and look at your questions.csv file, but not all of it such as author, which is listed annoying listed by the userID in a number form and is a PITA to map time and time again.
Our use case has multiple reasons:
- Encourage our team to create content
- Recognize our team members for the content they created
- Measure and track how much content each individual and us as a team creates over a period of time.
- Keep team members accountable for creating content

It would be great to see daily logins and have better visibility into which articles each user is viewing, following, disliking, searching for, etc.
The data points provided today don't allow for deep analysis. I would like to be able to dig deeper and run reports for specific groups, users, etc.

Would also love to see individual views (by email address).

This feature would benefit us greatly. Our knowledge base has evolved asymmetrically from a language perspective. Customizing analytical data on a language level would therefore be more than helpful

This would be really, really helpful. Would save me so much time when deciding on how to improve our user experience

Great idea! It would be very useful to have this information on the breakdown as regards categories
