The chatbot provided a great answer, but the help article URL included in the response itself (not in the sources section), redirects to a different article and not the one it mentions. Sometimes it also links to articles that don't even exist.

Sometimes it provides an answer, and other times it provides the "no results" message, even though we asked the exact same thing.

We are seeing that some queries (especially short, 1 or 2 word head terms) return GenAI responses that seem to only reflect a single article, and don't take into account the broader context from our whole site. For example, we have 9 different articles about 9 different API products. However, if the user searches for "api", Swifty seems to pick the first article it finds relevant, and then returns a response about only that article. The expected response for such a broad, generic query should yield something like a list of the potential API articles, and some context about each. We do see these kinds of responses when the user uses more natural language (ie "what apis does [company] provide?" but most of our queries are more traditional "keyword-style" searches.

When using the Chrome Extension, the inserted articles do not show up while reading an article. Steps to reproduce: Insert an article inside another article. Open the parent article via the Chrome Extension. It will be displayed as shown in the screenshot attached.

Swifty requests the same article at least once a week, even though there's already an article that covers that exact topic.

Could you please consider adding excerpts from articles to the AI Helpbar? It would be very helpful if the results not only showed which articles are relevant but also highlighted the specific section of the article that is most applicable. Additionally, it would be great if users could be directed straight to that relevant part of the article when clicking on the headline.

BUGS Voice overlaps The responses by text since the voice call was released have slowed down, and sometimes doesn't even answer. Other times it provides a no results message and if we ask it multiple times the same question, it finds the answer FEEDBACK The intro to the bot feels also feels a little long. A lot of "I'm thinking" "Let me look at our database" "Thank you for contacting the support team"...I know why you have it :) but anything you can do to cut some of that out so it doesn't feel like as much filler chat.

When searching for an article via the Helpbar and opening it from the results, the incorrect version is being displayed. For example, even though version 6 is set as the default, version 5 is sometimes opened instead. The issue is inconsistent — occasionally version 6 loads correctly, while other times version 5 appears. This same behavior occurs in the chatbot as well, when it includes the article link in the Sources section.
