We are seeing that some queries (especially short, 1 or 2 word head terms) return GenAI responses that seem to only reflect a single article, and don't take into account the broader context from our whole site. For example, we have 9 different articles about 9 different API products. However, if the user searches for "api", Swifty seems to pick the first article it finds relevant, and then returns a response about only that article. The expected response for such a broad, generic query should yield something like a list of the potential API articles, and some context about each. We do see these kinds of responses when the user uses more natural language (ie "what apis does [company] provide?" but most of our queries are more traditional "keyword-style" searches.
