Every time I use the Swifty chatbot and get an answer, I let it sit for a little bit to take some action on the answer it provided. By the time I come back (periods greater than 10ish minutes) I have to refresh the website in order to be able to chat with it again.

I tried exiting the chat, starting a new chat, but it just doesn't respond until I refresh it.

Also, I get a notification way to often to give feedback on the ai, sometimes without even using it. This mostly occurs while in the actual HJ dashboard.
