The chatbot provided a great answer, but the help article URL included in the response itself (not in the sources section), redirects to a different article and not the one it mentions.

Sometimes it also links to articles that don't even exist.

We were also planning to launch AI chat on our page but the link issue is major and we would not like our users to get the wrong or non-existent info.

Is there any info when this would be fixed?

The chatbot invents articles that do not exist and links sometimes lead to empty pages.
