SSO users unable to provide feedback
SSO users with for example the role "Internal Viewer" are not able to provide feedback to an article because their Helpjuice passwords is expired. It turned out that even though they log in through SSO, they still have Helpjuice credentials, which need to be valid for the feature to work as expected. Most of our helpdesk users do not have a email account, so they are not able to reset their password. Request: Remove this password requirement for SSO users when they want to provide feedback

Assigning User to a Group while the user is being added doesn't save
If we assign a user to a specific group while the user is being manually created in the Knowledge Base, the Group won't save

Redirect old URLs
We're finding that when a user has an old link to an article it sends them to an old version of that article, even if that version is archive, or the whole article is archived. No matter what link is used, the user should land on the most recent, published version of the article. We've seen this with links saved from articles found in search as well.
