Bullet points are broken, and place sentences the bullet points, instead of behind

API v2 used to return tags when fetching articles. This is a critical feature for us, as we use these tags for specific relations on our website. API v3 removed this, regressing from v2. This is outlined in the documentation, note the missing tag_names field: https://help.helpjuice.com/api-v3#retrieve-an-article

We notice that sometimes a space between two words is removed, when we are absolutely sure it was there. This always happens after a word that has been made bold or coloured

A spammer has taken to abusing the article feedback form within a day of launching. We have nearly 1,000 pieces of repetitive (and useless) feedback that is drowning out actual feedback. Support says there is no option to edit the Feedback form to add reCAPTCHA at this time. There needs to be some sort of anti-spam option available otherwise this feature becomes useless when used as a spam vector. :(

In the WYSIWYG editor, sometimes when a user backspaces to delete a character, the cursor jumps to a random point earlier in the document and deletes multiple characters. The writers of my team each thought it was a problem with their computer or keyboard until they discovered it was happening to all of them. Attaching a recording where a writer attempts to backspace at the end of the last sentence, and the cursor jumps 2 lines up and deletes a space between words. According to the writer who recorded this: It can be temporarily fixed by highlighting a whole word and hitting backspace. In that case, the word will be deleted and then I can start typing and the backspace will work as expected. But this is the third time it's happened just today. However, deleting an entire word instead of a single character is not a great workaround and exponentially adds to the time it takes to create or update content.

If you didn't manually save a new version of something each time changes were published, you can only view a previous version by REPUBLISHING IT in the live environment! We are currently working on a project to pull what our policies were over a given time frame for my legal team and I can't access old versions without republishing them, then nowhere does it say that it's from the date we are pulling. Awful experience. Why doesn't it automatically save a different version each time you publish it??

After you've implemented the new menu to the articles, I haven't found how to add/remove rows to a table

Upon editing (making bullet points, a heading, etc) trashcans seem to suddenly appear and destroy backend layout. It's a nuisance, and upon deleting them, it destroys the movability of the accordion or tab.
