When we open it, it just says "select icon" but there are no icons displayed

When we export the Wizardshot tutorial as a PDF the images are not included and instead we only see the empty rectangles.

Description: When searching across multiple categories (selected category + common procedures), articles are being displayed in category based groupings rather than by relevance to the search query. Steps to Reproduce: Select a category from the dropdown (e.g., Bank of America) Check the “Include Common Procedures” checkbox (which adds category ID: 945206 to the filter) Search for any article (e.g., "payee") Review the search results Expected Behavior: All results from both categories should be ranked by relevance score and displayed in order of highest relevance first, regardless of which category they belong to. Actual Behavior: Results are grouped by category (e.g., Bank of America category results first, then all Common Procedures category results), not by relevance. A highly relevant article from the Common Procedures category may appear below a less relevant article from the selected category.

If we remove some items from the ToC, they come back after we save or publish the article.

We’ve observed that Swifty is occasionally providing information that do not appear to be sourced from our knowledge base. This raises concerns about whether Swifty is pulling data correctly or inferring details not present in the system. Please verify if the information that Swifty is using exist in the KB or if Swifty might be inferring or generating them on its own.

Adding a comment in the Article editor will prompt an autosave and remove the highlight

If we add any text between headings of the same level, the text will have the ID of the heading.

Even though the response to a question can be found in articles, Swifty sometimes either: Says it couldn't find the information for it. Provides an incorrect response.
