Be able to see all your resolved feedback in both the Article Editor (... -> Show Resolved Feedback)

Have an option to insert variables into an articles such as $phonenumber which can be managed from a central page. This will make it a lot easier to update multiple articles that contain the same variable without having to search for the specific articles. Another example this could be used for is product prices. For example you could say 'For use case X you could use $product1 at a cost of $product1price.' As cake on the icing, an additional option to view the articles that contain a specific variable would be great.

To improve the broken links checker, it should: Indicate if the article with the broken link is Archived. Provide a filter option to exclude Archived articles. Currently, the broken links checker may generate a lengthy list of articles, making it difficult to identify if an article is Active (requires attention) or Archived (doesn't require attention).

our knowledge base is not public, but all uploaded files (PDF, video, etc.) are publicly accessible on the server. for each! you only need a direct link to one of the files. we ask to urgently improve this fatal inadequacy.

Could you please consider adding extracts from the articles to the AI helpbar? It would be great if the result showed which articles were relevant but also highlighted the area of the article that was most relevant. It would also be cool if the user could be directed straight to the relevant part of the article when they click on that heading.

I really like the article expiration feature, including the reminder emails. But I just had a few articles slip by that date and now I'm having a really hard time figuring out where they are. I really wish there was an Expired Articles view in the Admin panel up where you go to review Published and Draft articles.
