Need the ability to suggest HelpJuice articles (pull them in and post a link) within the support ticket of Intercom. Lots of other knowledge base software already doing this...

Zendesk is great but Freshdesk has some significant advantages. Integrating answers to common questions at ticket ingress points or for contextually for chat agents is a huge win

This would be useful where knowledge articles are managed in other systems, and would allow content to be pushed to Helpjuice
