SSO users unable to provide feedback

SSO users with for example the role "Internal Viewer" are not able to provide feedback to an article because their Helpjuice passwords is expired. It turned out that even though they log in through SSO, they still have Helpjuice credentials, which need to be valid for the feature to work as expected.
Most of our helpdesk users do not have a email account, so they are not able to reset their password.
Request: Remove this password requirement for SSO users when they want to provide feedback
