Toggle accordion titles displaying in TOC on/off

It's cool that accordion titles can now be displayed in TOC, but as it automatically applies to all and there's no way to turn it off, it's very manual and time-consuming to delete the ones that you don't want displaying as headings in TOC every time you edit.
We'd love at least the option to choose if an accordion title is a heading on not (toggle on/off), but ideally we'd like the ability to apply headings to the relevant accordion titles, and not to others.

we wanted to use accordians for presenting API data examples but it's a nightmare having to remove so many TOC's after every small update as they all just reset.

You can manually delete them from appearing in the TOC, however, every time you publish the article again, they will come back, so you would need to delete them from the TOC every time you intend updating the article.

Innocent Limpet Thank you. Unfortunately, we update many articles daily, so it's quite time-consuming to manually delete the accordion titles from the TOC every time.
It would be cool if this feature could be toggled on/off, or if it were possible to choose whether the accordion title displays as a heading or not.

Eldest Grasshopper Exactly. This is why I don't remove them from the TOC either because it is a huge waste of time if they're just going to all come back again the next time you edit the article. All that's needed is some sort of setting for accordions to control whether or not you want it to appear in the TOC.
