Replace file functionality not working

We are not able to replace files that need updating in Helpjuice. The Replace function is not working to update the files. This issue has been ongoing for some time and we are not being contacted with a resolution. This issue is causing a lot of problems for us as we have to delete files and then upload the updated ones - thus breaking many links our customers already have to the original files as the URL changes.

Files are currently not being replaced in articles where they are embedded. We are able to replace a file in the files manager (if we make sure to upload a file with a slightly different name to overcome that other bug). But the file is not updated on relevant article pages.

Now it's February 2023 and that's still a big problem.
It does not work or maybe sometimes ...
The file must be deleted in the file manager, re-uploaded and re-linked ...
