our knowledge base is not public, but all uploaded files (PDF, video, etc.) are publicly accessible on the server. for each! you only need a direct link to one of the files. we ask to urgently improve this fatal inadequacy.

Helpjuce could also exclude " / " at the end of URLs.

If I link another article, it would be really helpful to be able to have wikipedia style pop up previews when you hover over those links. -- Similar to glossary word previews.
