Warning Banner for Articles Displaying in Multiple Categories
Ty Smith
It would be great if there were a banner across the top of articles when editing them that warned users if the article is displayed in multiple categories (and which categories those are). That way, contributors and editors know when to make content very specific or more general if it's being used in other places.

I like the idea of making this more obvious for editors, but like Gabi said it is technically there already. I'd like to expand on the idea though and include places where the article is embedded. So, if the same article is embedded elsewhere, it's obvious what other articles updates will affect.
As a suggestion for the meantime, add a hidden block to your articles that only a draft writer (and above) group can see. You can add notes to the draft writers and admin this way. More manual, but might be a short term fix.

The number of categories is visible in the header bar. When you hover over them, the names of the categories are displayed.
Path and the number of categories remain visible when scrolling through the article.

Gabi Reinhard Thank you! I can definitely train our contributors to just check here when making edits but as Nickolas said, the more obvious the better. I alos agree that expanding this to include embedded articles would be super helpful.
