Description:
Currently, when a feedback item is marked as resolved, the notification email links to the article editor URL instead of the public article URL.
This creates an issue for external users or contributors who do not have access to the Helpjuice editor/admin area. When they click the link, they are taken to an error or access-restricted page.
Expected Behavior:
Resolved feedback notifications should link to the public-facing article URL so all recipients can access the updated article without needing backend permissions.
