We wanted to bring up a point regarding font selection within Swifty AI for both the Chatbot and the Search bar. Currently, it seems that font changes can only be made in the backend, which the Customization team doesn't have access to.

Ideally, the option to change or select fonts should be available either within the Swifty AI settings or in the Visual/Code editor.

The ability to change fonts is important for several reasons. The default font may sometimes be difficult to read, or it might not visually align with the other fonts used on the page.

For example, we currently have one instance using a very thin font that is proving difficult to read and cannot be changed. While another instance uses the default Open Sans, it still doesn't quite match the overall visual style of the page.
