Swifty AI customization settings should be language-specific

Currently, the same Swifty AI customization is applied to all languages. For example: If we wanted to customize the Welcome Header text in German for the German KB, it will also be applied to the English KB.

We should be able to add language-specific settings.

Yes please! It's a bit of a stretch to say swiftly ai supports multiple languages when these messages can only be in one language...
