Currently there's no way to enforce two-factor authentication, it would be an amazing addition to this product to support common 2FA providers using Microsoft and Google Authenticators for example. You'd scan the QR code and setup your token etc.

The introduction of MFA I think is needed. We are looking at increasing security in our product and also with products that we use and it was noted that Helpjuice does not have MFA. Can we please request this be made available in order to increase security? Thank you.

This was a make or break decision for us. Currently only possible with a workaround, we use Google as our SAML identity provider and reuse the 2FA settings enforced there. Quite hacky but it was promised to us that proper 2FA enforcement is on the way.

How can we enable only Super Admin to have a safety Mechanism?
