Product Improvement: Column-Based View with Metadata and Advanced Filtering in Article Listing
C
Cognitive Puma
Currently, it is not possible to view detailed article information directly from the main article listing.
To review metadata, internal classifications, tags, or other relevant fields, each article must be opened individually.
This makes content management inefficient, especially when handling a large volumen of articles.
Proposed Improvement
We request an enhanced article listing view that would allow:
Displaying information in a configurable column-based layout.
Showing additional fields (metadata, tags, classifications, or other internal attributes) directly in the main view.
Filtering articles based on those fields or tags without needing to open each article.
Customizing the view by selecting which columns should be visible.
Expected Benefits
Increased efficiency in content management.
Better visibility of article classification and organization.
Faster identification of articles based on specific criteria.
Reduced time spent reviewing articles individually.
Improved content governance and scalability.
This enhancement would allow teams managing large volumes of structured knowledge content to work in a more organized, agile, and scalable way.
