We have had numerous users (at least thirty recently and lots more in the past) who click the password reset link but never receive the email.
When we submit a support ticket, HJ support does something that sends the email successfully, but all other attempts to resolve the issue (re-clicking the link, clearing browser cache, etc.) fail.
Given how often this happens, it appears to be a defect.
I am requesting that a button for sending the password reset to specific users be added to the users area for admins.
