Modify the ability to customize feedback notifications

Currently, when a user can't find information in the Helpbar, they are given the option to send a message requesting information.
However, the notification they receive lacks context. It arrives in a format that says [Support] Subject, followed by the subject, the person's email address, and the message body.
It would be very helpful if the email arrived saying something like: The user is looking for information they couldn't find.
