Make the search actually work

Amazingly you cannot input the verbatim title of an article and have it surface in the search. You have to click "more posts" and dig through the search results to find the article. Doesn't matter if you've added tags, keywords and then type in the verbatim title. The search shows irrelevant results. An actual working search would be a great addition to this help center.

This - agree 100% . The search is causing so much frustration for our users and for me, as the technical writer - what's the point in writing articles if users can't find them? We have been told that keywords weigh more than article titles which makes no sense, plus we've had cases where a user enters something like 'creating xyz' and the article doesn't appear, whereas if they enter 'create xyz' the article appears in the search results. This is the single biggest disappointment with Helpjuice.

Hello Animal,
yes, under no circumstances should an article fail to appear when the full title is entered.
However, it works in our knowledge base. You should ask Support to look into this further or pass it on to the development team. Could it be that the search works in some KBs but not in others?

I will once again plead for them to add weighted search results. I wish we had the ability to assign articles search priorities.
