Insert Article - URL only
Cliff Hobbs
Would it not be better to have the option to insert just the title and let HJ take care of the URL behind the scenes? The problem with URLs is they tend to change and can lead to broken links.
Ideally you want HJ taking care of as much of this stuff as possible IMHO ;-)

Cliff Hobbs: So you mean the article has two URLS one using the articles unique identifier number and the other the one that is auto/manually made in the editor.

Vincent Connelly: No. But as you start typing the name of the article, HJ just matches the title and takes care of inserting both the title and it's URL.
I also don't know if you insert Article A into Article B, then subsequently update Article B; whether the version of Article A you inserted into Article B also gets updated automatically - maybe Emil Hajric or one of the team can confirm.
This is why my preference/advice is to have content in ONE place wherever possible. Having the same content in more than one place runs a very high risk of them getting out of the sync. Then you/the user get confused over which is the definitive version.
It also doubles the maintenance cost (maybe more) for every instance of the same content you have repeated throughout your knowledge base. Keep It Simple ;-)
