[Improvement] Add error message when category and articles have duplicated slugs

This is the current behavior:

Creating a new category with the same slug as another one results in a warning and the category isn't created > this is correct.
Changing the slug of an existing category to be the same as another one in the KB doesn't trigger a warning. The window closed without changing the slug. This is confusing.
Creating an article with a duplicate slug doesn't trigger any warnings. There should be one.
