Our IT Help Desk creates articles about their processes & fixes. If someone updates an article, the other help desk techs need to know right away. Please add the option for immediate email notifications for followed articles in addition to weekly notifications

This feature would allow for immediate notifications for critical updates to KB articles. Appreciate you making mention of the need and definitely recommend implementation ASAP.
