Enable API Access to Vector Database

As a user of Helpjuice, we would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows direct access to the vector database through the Helpjuice API. This capability would enable us to integrate our own software solutions with the data stored in the vector database, enhancing our ability to utilize Helpjuice’s AI functions effectively.
Justification: Currently, the Helpjuice API does not provide direct access to the vector database, which limits our ability to fully integrate Helpjuice’s AI capabilities into our custom software solutions. By providing this access, we could leverage the vector data for more advanced data analysis and processing, ultimately improving our workflow and efficiency.
Potential Benefits:
Enhanced integration possibilities with custom software solutions.
Improved data analysis capabilities using the vector database.
Greater flexibility in utilizing Helpjuice’s AI features.
Increased user satisfaction and productivity.
We kindly ask for this feature to be considered for future development. Thank you for your attention to this request.
Best regards, Stefan

+1 - Providing access to the DB and naming the embedding model to vectorize queries (or even allowing input on which model and/or API credentials for our own embedding) would allow our own chatbot tools to interface directly. This would save on my current pipeline workflow where I currently have to extract all content and embed separately. I advise this suggestion as my current process reduces my orgs reliance on this KB access point as I am uploading data to then extract it later in a separate DB. I would prefer to host all the info in an original source. Allowing individual accounts to specify an embedding model and providing an API endpoint would reduce the overhead costs of SWIFTY per account as well.
