I have a template that I use for almost all of my help site docs that outlines different sections and details for those sections. When I add a new article and click "Create from Template", the template will auto-populate along with the article keywords, which are reflective of the generic template descriptions (view the attached screenshot for reference).

I propose that there is a delay to creating keywords when an article is created from a template. This would allow writers to update the title and potentially part of the article with relevant content that can be used to decide the keywords. This supports better search functionality and relevance for the article.
