Custom organization for templates

We plan to use many templates in our article creation, and want to be able to organize our list of templates alphabetically, by most frequently used, or by a custom order (position) like we can do with articles in their categories.

This could be helpful for our teams as well. Primarily, the "Blank Article Template" causes confusion because it is not a template at all. Ideally, we would also like to assign access (similar to article/categories) for certain groups - some templates are only used by specific employees.
