Totally agree, Damian Calderon. Do you have any examples of how you'd like for this to work, from an editing perspective?
A simple toolbar option/dropdown?
Damian Calderon
Emil Hajric: I looked for it in the Toolbar, as something you can Insert like a snippet. We have similar stuff at Jira's Confluence, which we use for internal documentation.
After I didn't found it I asked via support chat and once support confirmed me there isn't any way to add that in Helpjuice, I ended up adding it manually with an specific class and custom CSS. The thing about that solution is that now our customer support people need to edit the article as HTML when they want to add one of that info blocks.

Damian Calderon: Totally understand your frustration. I think it's silly that we don't have such a crucial feature. I'll mark it down, Damian.
Thanks again for the feedback
