I strongly support this request and would like to add a few key capabilities that would make a Helpjuice community forum especially valuable:
- Participation controls at both the group and individual level, so admins can manage exactly who can view, post, reply, or moderate discussions. (User without access can't see the forum at all.)
- A thread-based Q&A format, where users can start new topics and respond in an organized way (similar to a lightweight chat or discussion board).
- The ability to convert any forum thread into a knowledge base article, allowing teams to turn recurring questions and top answers into formal documentation.
- Support for highlighting or pinning the best answers, helping users quickly find the most accurate response.
This would create a natural workflow from community discussion → validated answers → published KB content.

This would be very useful for our business as we are currently thinking about implementing a community but it makes sense to keep it inside our help centre.
