Hi. I am new to Helpjuice so not sure if this would help you, but so far we have found that this may depend on the theme you are using. We found with one theme that it said 'questions' but once we switched to a different theme, it said 'articles'. This may help you.

Other help center tools actually call these "Answers".
Hopefully your help center doesn't list a bunch of questions, it lists a bunch of answers for customers to find and utilities to answer their questions.
"Article" is fine, but "answers" is the way of the future.

We had a customization done that did just that....ours uses Articles vs. Questions.

Agreed. But, please let us know before pushing these changes in production. Because, I can see the questions in database and articles terminology in API. It would be good to have technical document for user that are using the Help juice API and Database structure.
