We’re currently embedding Swifty AI inside agent tools (Front and Gainsight) using your provided embed script, and it’s working well overall. One limitation we’ve run into is that Swifty always renders as a launcher-based widget that requires a click to open. In agent-facing tools, this creates unnecessary friction since the primary intent is continuous, immediate access to knowledge while handling tickets.
Feature request:
We’d love support for an “embedded” or “always-open” mode for Swifty AI, such as:
  • A config option to render the chat panel open by default
  • A way to hide or disable the launcher icon
  • A mode intended for iframe/sidebar embeds (as opposed to floating widgets)
Why this matters:
Agents expect the AI assistant to be immediately visible when a conversation is opened. This is especially important in tools like Front and Gainsight where screen real estate is already constrained
