We would like the ability to assign a user to article feedback.

Value: this would allow users to be notified when they have been assigned to feedback about a given article that they should address

Work around: team sets a calendar reminder to log in and review feedback, and randomly pick one that aligns with their knowledge.

It would be easier to assign the articles so they can quickly answer customers.
