As a user, I want the ability to re-schedule a published post to publish to a new audience, so that when we release updates to features, the article can be pre-viewed by our private team before being published to internal customers.

For example, our release notes are posted at a certain time on Saturdays. We have those notes available for a private group view the week prior and then change the access level to include customers on the date/ time of the release. There is no change to the content - only access level.

A workaround we have used is sharing the "draft" link with private groups until the article is published to include the larger audience. A downside to this is that the private group will not see the drafted updates when searching in the KB view (only in the Dashbaord view).
