That the 2019 feedbacks for Customize Reports in Analytics and Drill Down in Analytics has been under review for 5 yrs is an absolute slap in the face of your customers. The current reports have no useful statistical value since the query terms cannot be cross matched with the articles found, viewed, read and for how long (Avg seconds spent) and ensuring the correct link to the article by also providing the URL. So what you are saying to your customers is that you can tell us the search terms but the returned articles and the ones chosen are a big secret and just to annoy us, you will not even consider providing them. You would have done better to have one analysis report with everything than two with no common key. I honestly do not know why we signed up for this product in the first place.
