Allow swifty to authorize for internal articles
complete
Richard Siebels
When putting Swifty in a custom enterprise application only public content is available. We need to allow for internal articles to be returned as well once authorized using API key or basic auth like the API endpoints allow. We have documentation on our internal application and do not want to make that content public but still use swifty for our employees to access how-to articles related to our application.

Swifty AI Failing to Retrieve Specific Articles in Search Results
C
Cynthia Chebet
Swifty AI is failing to retrieve certain internal articles in search results, despite a user being logged into the knowledge base.
These articles still aren't retrieved by the search even after a user attempts to search using a different browser and after clearing their cache.

Customize Chat
Easy Peasy
We would like the ability to use the chat feature internally vs externally with Helpjuice.
Ex: Could we customize it so internal users can chat with our Super Admin(s), since that is the only person that we intend to send support emails to your team?
Ideally, we would like our team to reach out to get organization-specific assistance when using Helpjuice vs. general technical assistance. The Super Admin(s) would serve as the liaison between Helpjuice and the rest of our massive community of users as necessary through email.

Switfy to show internal articles if using Encrypted URLs
Ross Williams
Currently the Swifty widget only shows our publicly available articles. When we want our clients and team to see internal articles, we use an encrypted URLs. Switfy does not use the same cookie apparently and those articles are hidden. Can we enable Swifty to show the extra content?

Swifty in internal mode
Paul Strachan
We use Helpjuice in Javascript only mode at the moment and have installed Swifty to our CRM systems so that our CX agents can find the info they need to help our customers quickly and it's great. We like not having a 'sign in' and that it's open for anyone to use.
Unfortunately, it means we can't use the Slack integration or share links to helpful info on Helpjuice on Slack.
Helpjuice would be such a powerful tool if we could use Swifty and also have the Slack integration.

It would be ideal to allow user impersonation in some format as well. Since swifty I assume runs within the browser, it would mean that it would need to be configured with some API that it can call, which would add the impersonation logic (api key + user) then forward the request to HelpJuice. I think this would be a great addition

We also have a similar use case where we have different categories with encrypted URLs and would want to create different copies of swifty that have specific encrypted URLs for each so that when a certain user type interacts with swifty they see only content related to them.
