We would also like to see this. We have recently implemented the swifty AI and are instructing our staff and customers to use it more. With that it will inevitably display inaccurate results. We already have a few screenshots of some blatantly wrong information that AI confidently responded with. Allowing front-end users to rate the information provided with a thumbs up or down, and a way for the admin users to audit these rating and make corrections would be a huge win for anyone who uses the swifty AI bot.
