Add the "apply this accessibility to all..." box to the Change Access Level option in the Actions Menu

The "apply this accessibility to all categories & articles under this category" box is only available in the Edit menu of categories.
However, if you want to change the access level of a category via the Actions menu, this feature is not available.
It should be added to that section too.

Yes please. When opening the Edit menu the accessibility is shown nearly as it would be nice.
What the access level menu should contain in my opinion, no matter where in the editor it is opened:
1.	The actual status should be highlighted
2.	Statuses that cannot be selected should be grayed out
3.	The "apply this accessibility to all categories & articles under this category" box should be available
4.	Please use the same colored icons everywhere in the editor
