This is critical for us. The current request submission form, is often misused as a 'support contact form' which is incorrect in our case. Our support can only be reached via helpdesk and we don't accept email submissions. This leaves our clients expecting and waiting for 1:1 help for queries submitted via this form.
Ideally we would need to remove the ability to submit a request via this form altogether, and instead reroute users to our dedicated support team with custom text (perhaps with ability to include external links)
