Hey everyone!
I just deployed add ability to customize the "no results" message in AI Chatbot. Now we are able on Swifty Chat settings to create no results custom message up to 300 characters.
Let me know if you have any concerns or questions.

It would also be great if we could customize the contact form link. Right now, it defaults to the Contact Us page of the KB. However, for accounts that don't use this form or simply want to link to another page/form, it would be really useful if we could customize it.

Ivanna Parra I second that. We don't use the HelpJuice contact form at all for privacy reasons (user might enter security-critical information) and would like to simply point to a different URL.

Ivanna Parra Thanks, that's great. But I was looking to also replace the hardcoded contact form in the AI Helpbar.
