Ability to Show/Hide Article Description (Subtitle) in Visual Editor

It would be beneficial to have an option within the Visual Editor to toggle the visibility of the Description/Subtitle field.
At the moment, the only workaround is to manually comment it out in the code.
Suggested Solution:
Add a simple toggle in the Visual Editor to show/hide the Description/Subtitle field on the frontend while keeping it available in the backend.
