Ability to have more version information
Sharon Chester
Two things that would be helpful in the list of article versions.
- An accurate date/time stamp (created and last saved). Currently any version you load shows the last-updated date and time of the most recent version. That's not really helpful.
- The ability to enter, edit, and display a description for a version. Not only would this help if we need to quickly find and republish a prior version, but it would help if the feature suggestion to delete versions is ever implemented.
Not sure where the version description would be entered or displayed, but the additional version information could be an info popup as shown.

Can't wait for this to be implemented. In 2029.

Now that version control is a lot more simpler to use, it would be great if you could have the ability to write some sort of comment as to what has been changed. Currently, you have to click each version to see what they look like, but it would be good if between version 2 and 3, say, you could add a note/comment to say 'edited section x to include this new feature'.

Version description is a great idea.
