We’ve observed that Swifty is occasionally providing information that do not appear to be sourced from our knowledge base. This raises concerns about whether Swifty is pulling data correctly or inferring details not present in the system. Please verify if the information that Swifty is using exist in the KB or if Swifty might be inferring or generating them on its own.

Chatbot is adding words into search results that do not appear in the Knowledge Base.

Our Chatbot has recently started to show results with words that are not in our knowledge base. For example we have a platform called TX. When a user searches for ancillary services in TX it displays 'In Texas'. Although this is the two letters associated with Texas it is not included anywhere in our KB and is creating confusion.
