When attempting to connect the Slack integration, users are redirected to a 404 page instead of proceeding to Step 2 (“Configure Slack Notifications”). This also causes previously functioning Slack notifications to stop working.
Steps to Reproduce:
They removed the existing HJ app from their Slack workspace, as the new article published notification was not being pushed.
Reconnected the app via Settings → Integrations → Slack → Connect Helpjuice to Slack.
After completing the connection, the page redirects to:
which returns a 404 error thus can’t access Step 2 (“Configure Slack Notifications”).
Additionally, Slack notifications (that were previously working) stopped after the reconnect.
Expected Behavior:
After reconnecting Slack, the user should be redirected to Step 2 (“Configure Slack Notifications”) without encountering a 404 error, and Slack notifications should continue functioning.
Actual Behavior:
The redirect points to a 404 page, and notifications stop working.
Impact:
Slack integration setup cannot be completed.
Notifications for new articles are not being sent.
